We process orders within 3-4 business days. If we don’t have your preferred colour in stock, processing might be a little longer as we'll be making you a fresh batch.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it is shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
All sales are final. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the candle's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work something out!
